Aamir Khan goes to red light areas!

Mumbai: Aamir Khan, the actor who doesn't bother about the number game in Bollywood also promotes his movies in quite unique ways. This is probably the reason why his films are warmly welcomed globally. He has chosen a number of odd ways to promote Talaash: The Answer Lies Within.

If we go by the history of Mr Perfectionist's promotional strategies we find a rare way of spreading his films’ popularity. While he impersonated for the promotion of blockbuster 3 Idiots, he opted for six packs and an unusual haircut for Ghajini. For his media centric film Peepli Live he roamed in villages and for Dhobighat he met the washermen of Mumbai.

Now, Talaash is about to release and Aamir hasn’t stepped back from his usual notion of promoting it. Aamir Khan is going to promote Reema Kagti directed movie in the nights. This is going to be done as Aamir’s character in the flick would be wandering at night in search of someone. And this has provoked Aamir to call for every press meet in the night.

News is also that Aamir has also been to the red light areas for a number of times. He also took tips from the Policemen. Aamir has played a Police Inspector in the film.

Talaash: The Answer Lies Within is an upcoming Indian suspense drama film directed by Reema Kagti. The project is jointly produced by Excel Entertainment and Aamir Khan Productions, and stars Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor in pivotal roles. The soundtrack is scored by Ram Sampath along with lyrics by Javed Akhtar.

Apart from Aamir, the film also features Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherjee in the lead roles.
