Beirut: The ongoing violence in Aleppo has gone out of proportions as fresh attacks have been reported, as per reports several clashes have been reported in Bustan al-Qasr in the south of the city, where government forces are using helicopter gunships to strafe neighborhoods, causing deaths and injuries.

Aleppo province stays the center of attraction as he is still battling to retake the rebel town of Al-Bab, as per the reports, army is using heavy shelling and firing from helicopters to take control over the rebels.

Violence has been been reported from almost all parts of the country including Hama province where 16 people were killed in an army assault on the village of Sharia. In Karnaz, two children were killed in dawn shelling.

Reports reveal that Syrian army is pulling back to concentrate its efforts on fighting insurgents in Aleppo and Damascus, which are the important power centres for the government, while leaving outlying areas in the hands of rebels.

This is one of the bloodiest uprising in the modern times with at least 18,000 people reported killed.
