First Look | Arjun Rampal as a cop in Chakravyuh

Arjun explained about his character in the movie and said, “I play the part of a police officer..his name is SP Adil Khan, he is a third generation cop. His family has been in police. He is very righteous, good and super fit. But again the character through dilemma.. it is like a guy who wants to do his job but finds himself in a Chakravyuh.” Chakravyuh is based on a real subject of naxal problem and the film is shot in Bhopal.
“I am happy that I am doing this film. Prakash Jha is one of my favourite directors. It is a beautiful script.. it deals with issues that are relevant today.. the whole Naxal movement happening in country. It is very relatable, strong and powerful subject. This issue is something people should know which will be dealt in the film,” added Arjun.
The film also stars Abhay Deol and Jannat 2-star Esha Gupta. Chakravyuh is expected to release by the end of this year.
In the mean time Arjun has collaborated with Percept Ltd to organize music festival in major cities of India. The joint venture is called ‘Lost’.
