Aston Martin 'Vanquish' - es royalty in India

New Delhi: Inspired from Aston Martin One-77, the DBS franchise launched Aston Martin Vanquish codenamed AM 310 worth INR 3.85 crore in India. Performance Cars, the official importers of Aston Martin will sell the vehicle in the country.

Designed and handcrafted at Gaydon in Warwickshire, Britain, it is the most expensive Aston Martin after One-77. With more of carbon fiber used in the latest model, AM 310 is boot lid with rear spoilers. Designed under Dr Ulrich Bez, Aston Martin's Chief Executive, the vehicle was targeted to look like a dream come true. The body is made of carbon-fibre composite and aluminium, magnesium alloy.

The interior is crafted with luxmil, hand stitched semi-aniline leather and alcantara. The central console is inherited from the One-77 but with a new music system. The 48-valve, 5,935 cc V12 engine with a 565hp @ 6,750 rpm and 620 Nm @ 5,500 rpm output is one of the most special features of the Vanquish. Power passes to the wheels through a 6-speed touchtronic2 automatic box following the path of a carbon fibre propeller shaft and a limited slip differential.
