India v/s Australia: Australia beats India by 110 runs

Brisbane: India again shattered hopes of numerous cricket fans as they lose to Australia by 110 runs in the seventh match of the ODI tri-series at the Gabba here on Sunday.

No one from the Indian batting side, except Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, could face the Australian bowling attack. Dhoni played fine innings but could not take his team to the end and was out on individual score of 56.

BW Hilfenhaus and Brett Lee did the most damage to the Indian batsmen.

Earlier, Australia captain Ricky Ponting won the toss and decided to bat first. With some fine strokes from Peter Forrest Michael Hussey, who made 52 and 59 respectively, Australia made 288 for five.
