And all it simply requires is a little planning and by being well aware of the market, which can provide you quality products at low prices. When you shop, ask yourself if you are really getting your money worth. Below are few tips for a quick and a smart buy.

Plan Your Budget And Buy In Bulk
It is important to make a list of all the items you need before you actually go for a buy. Plan, may be an entire month’s list for all the items you need. Buying in bulk always saves a lot of money than buying a product, singularly. But a bulk-buy doesn’t mean that you have to compromise with the quality of the product. Planning will also help you to avoid an ‘impulse buy’ in which you may end up spending more than the usual amount, because you always want to go for an item which is kept in front and is easily handy which may end up costing you more and also might be of low quality. So plan and think before you buy!

Know your stores
One of the easiest ways to save your money is to know which stores are offering discounts. There are some stores in town which operates on ‘saving programmes’. For example, giving offers and deals like buy three get one free or save upto 20 percent. Also, keeping a track of seasonal or weekly sales of a store can help you save a lot from your pockets.

Do not always run for cheap prices
At times, running after cheap prices in market may actually end up costing you more. For instance if you buy a product from the market for Rs 50 and the same product costs you Rs 40 which is available around 5 kms away from your home, then it is not a smart idea to run for, just to save Rs 10. Because at the end of the day your expenditures will be much more, as it will add on to your fuel prices as well. Also, every time, what is cheap may not be even worth the amount you tend to spend over it.

Watch out for SALES!
If you are a brand freak then watch out for sales. These are the time when you must look out to jack up your needs. Almost all branded stores always have seasonal sales. Weekdays are the best time to shop and especially during afternoon time because most people prefer shopping later in the evening. It is best if you make a budget before going on a sale so that you don’t tend to buy extra and later repent it. In case you like labels, then going to a mall that has wide range of brands is a smart way to shop, here you can make a choice and compare between stuff you want to buy.
