The launch of the website is to fulfill the continuous demand by various stakeholders in India and abroad.
Also information related to CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) can be found on CBSE’s new portal. The move definitely will benefit students and make them to get their required information in an easy way.
CBSE chairman, Vineet Joshi, said that the step has been initiated to bring innovation in educating people about its policies, and implementing new programmes.
CBSE is changing its policies to and getting strict to benefit their students. The board recently asked schools not to force students to change their streams after the Class 10 board results are out. Schools begin classes for standard 11 before the final board results are out and students are given their favourite stream on the basis of the marks they score in school exams.
But after the final scores are out, students are forced to change their stream but CBSE has directed all schools not to do so and if they take this step they will have to pay the fees for that particular student.
