Ek Tha Tiger enters 100 crore club in 5 days, becomes fastest Bollywood grosser

Mumbai: Superstar Salman Khan has once again proved that he is a brand in himself as his latest release Ek Tha Tiger has become Bollywood's fastest 100 crore grosser.Ek Tha Tiger released on August 15 and earned Rs 33 crore on its opening day and now it has set a new record by crossing 100 crore mark in just 5 days.

Salman's sister, Arpita Khan happily tweeted the numbers. "Total 100.16 C in 5 days.. And the TIGER ROARS! Tiger Tiger Tiger.(sic)."
The movie hogged the limelight since Katrina Kaif was finalised for the female lead as the audience were eager to see onscreen Kat and Salman post their breakup.
Taran Adarsh posted, "#EkThaTiger is @Being SalmanKhan's 4th century [100 cr], the other three being #Dabangg [147 cr], #Ready [122 cr] and #Bodyguard [148 cr].(sic)."
As per reports, Ek Tha Tiger is Yash Raj's first film to get into the 100 crore club and now it is expected that the movie will cross 200 crore mark very soon.
