New Delhi: Candidates searching for first Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2013 don’t need to wait anymore as this time CBSE has officially disclosed the details.

This time authorities have revealed the eligibility criteria, paper pattern, syllabus, marking scheme, final merit list etc. for the 2013 examination.

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is conducted across all India for the admissions into the Engineering courses.

JEE examination has been conducted in two different parts i.e. JEE-MAIN and JEE-ADVANCED.

JEE Main examination eligible:

Students, who have successfully passed the 10+2 (Class XII) final examination or appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination in 2013 may enter the JEE(MAIN) 2013 examination hall.

Candidate Age limit for JEE-Main exam 2012: Students born on or after October 01, 1988 are eligible.

During a conversation with the officials regarding the mode of examination then it was revealed that
Paper 1(B.E/B.Tech) is in both offline and online modes while, Paper 2(B.Arch/B.Planning) is in offline mode only.

Jee Examination 2013 Important dates includes:

Offline Exam – 7th April 2013
Online Exam – 8th-25th April, 2013
