Mumbai: Anticipating another huge hit, coming Friday will be memorable for Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar who is going to see release of his 100th film ‘Joker’. Akshay who made a promising start with super-hit ‘Saugandh’ in 1991 has given remarkable performance in number of blockbusters in a career spanning over 20 years.

Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia is his real name. Akshay despite facing stiff competition from his competitors like Sunil Shetty and Ajay Devgan continued to prove his mettle giving unforgettable performances and carved his own fans.

His special mannerism and comic timing are best appreciated by his fans. Initially, beginning as young ‘Khiladi’, graduating to ‘Sabse Bada Khiladi’ and went on to attain a status of ‘International Khiladi’, heralding beginning of new era in the Bollywood.
Apart from enjoying his ‘Khiladi; status, Akshay showed his acting skills in emotional movie like ‘Sainik’ and ‘Dil Toh Pagal Hai’.

His wide range of role selection brought the best out of him and today audience identifies every character being played by him.
His penchant for comedy acting in movies like ‘Suhag’, ‘Waqt Hamara hai” become very clear. However, it was in year 200 with release of ‘Hara Pheri’ in 2000 established him as an expert comedy actor. His later association with Priyadarshan in its sequel and number of super hits till his last super hit release ‘Housefull 2’ still being hailed as best performance.

His distinguished style helped him carve special place among his fans that also saw emergence of Khans trio, Amir Khan, Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan. It was his disciplined style of working won huge appreciations from directors who kept their faith on him and Akshay always responded with sheer dedication and performance. Needless to mention his image of an action hero, his guy next door image also helped him fetch great number of fans.

Akshay Kumar worked on number of movies and gave memorable hits. His two releases ‘Houseful 2’ and ‘Rowdy Rathore’ had made it to the Rs 100 Crore club and now expectations are running high on release of ‘Joker’. The movie is being directed by Shirish Kunder.
The movie plot is novel as here he plays role of Raj Khurana an NRI who on his return to India comes across number of problems.
To overcome these problems, he prefers to take help of media in getting rid of their problems. However, only deterrent here are aliens in the village.

Sonakshi Sinha, a lucky mascot for him as their last release ‘Rowdy Rathore’ was smash hit and one can expect the same magic from them this Friday.
