Mumbai: Madhur Bhandarkar's upcoming movie Heroine is supposedly Kareena Kapoor's milestone movie and will apparently give her the apex spot in her career so far and the best part is that Kareena Kapoor too seems sure of the fact. She says that her performance in the movie would be her best performance, delivered till date.

Heroine had been ever since Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was dropped from the project for being pregnant and not informing the filmmakers; this would have extended the production cost if she would have started the shoot and left in between. Then news came that Kareena Kapoor delivered some intense love making scene and so on and so forth.

Recently, the posters of the movie are released and give the first official glimpse of Bhandarkar's flick. According to the director, "Response so far has been overwhelming and now I am excited to see the kind of reactions that would come for the theatrical promo. Of course we are aiming for the class as well as mass audience. The film is as commercial as it gets," the same concept of promotion has been applied for the posters in which Kareena Kapoor poses raw, in her Halkat Jawaani avatar and a little sensuous in golden dress that gives classic outlook to her Heroine character.

The starcast also include Arjun Rampal and Randeep Hooda as main leads and has Lillette Dubey, Divya Dutta, Helen, Shahana Goswami and Ranvir Shorey in key characters. The film will hit silver screens on September 21. As per the sources, the theatrical promo of the film will be released this Wednesday on July 25.
