Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson split affecting 'Breaking Dawn Part 2' promotions

Los Angeles: Summit Entertainment, the distributor of the Twilight franchise, are hoping that the leading actors of Breaking Dawn: Part 2 actors Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart get back together, as it is affecting their promotional strategies.

Kristen Stewart, who plays the female lead role of Bella was caught cheating on Pattinson, bringing their three-year-old relationship to an end. Now, the distributor bosses are concerned if her public image would be a negative influence on their promotional tours.

"The studio's holding out to see if they get back together. But I don't think anyone is banking on that happening. At this point, the press strategy would have been mapped out. It's usually very organised, but at this time it's undecided," quoted a source.

The company has also planned to keep actress Ashley Green, who plays the role of Alice in the movie, as an option to head the promotions in case things don't workout between the lead pair.
