Both gave a quick start to India as it was required and completed their half centuries, catering a fine cricket at the Shere Bangla National Stadium here on Sunday.
But Saeed Ajmal did it for his team as he sent back Sachin Tendulkar back to pavilion. Sachin scored 52.
Gambhir was out without scoring and with this India is the first team in ODIs to lose a wicket without a run after the opponent openers put on over 200 runs!

Earlier, Pakistan started off well and set a target of 330 runs for India. Nasir Jamshed and Mohammad Hafeez were the highlight of Pakistani innings making highest opening partnership against India in ODIs.
Nasir made 105 in 113 balls while Jamshed scored 112 in 104 balls. Younis Khan, hitting all around the field, played some fine shots in his quick 52 runs.
