MUMBAI: Manisha Koirala, who was lately admitted to Jaslok Hospital here after she fell unconscious, has been diagnosed with cancer. Her family members are worried with the alarming news but the actress has taken the development very sportingly and has told that she is ready to fight the disease.

Currently, she is in hospital as she has been advised to remain under observation by the doctors. Her mother Sushma is already by her side and soon her father Prakash and her brother Siddhartha would join her in this difficult time.

Previously, Manisha complained of illness (food-poisoning) at twitter while she was in Nepal at her new abode. When her health deteriorated, she was flown in to New Delhi and admitted to the hospital where she was found suffering with the forbidding disease. Status of cancer in her body is yet not known but we hope that she overcomes it soon.

Another prettiness, Lisa Ray, caught multiple myeloma cancer in 2009 but she overcame the disease in April 2010, as she announced that she was cancer-free. Team of Pardaphash wishes her good health.
