Bangalore: India is struggling in finding ways to repair the deteriorating economy which has left millions deprived of even food and shelter. The situation turned more grim when a man in Bangalore ended his life, mentioning Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s name in his suicide note.

Shocking but true as a 32-year-old Santosh Gowda, who was a salesman in a shoe company in Bangalore, has blamed Singh for low GDP and slow growth rate of the country which eventually led him into steep financial crisis and the prime reason of his committing suicide.

He even mentioned the Pakistan ceasefire violations in his suicide note.

Suicide note which Santosh has written says, “I am upset with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for his failures…Pakistani soldiers are foraying into our territory, killing our Armymen and beheading them at will. Still, the Indian government is doing nothing. If there is something called rebirth, I will be reborn as an Indian solider and serve the country.”

Police revealed Santosh is from Shikaripur, Shimoga and had rented a house behind Nelamaheshwari temple. His brother, who stays in Sakaleshpur, rushed to city after he received news of Santosh’s death and filed a complaint with the police.

Santosh Kumar Appaswamy Gowda was a resident of Dasarahalli on Tumkur Road and a native of Sakleshpur, Chikmagalur district.
