Mumbai: Milkha Singh asked Farhan Akhtar to be as honest as possible on the big screen which represent the incident's of Milkha's life. Milkha has left no stone unturned for the making of his forthcoming biopic on his life, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.

You will be zapped to know that Milkha and his friends were involved in stealing coal because of which they faced the law few times, informed the old sprinter.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is the first movie based on a living legend and hence it affects a lot of people who have been concerned with Milkha's life over the years. Still, Milkha wanted the makers to show the film as his life has been.

"I became a national icon from every incident that I went through in my early childhood. Hence, I wanted the makers to be true to the details so that people can see and draw inspiration from the movie," Milkha says.

The very first song of the flick will release this weekend, Zinda, which talks about younger days of Milkha and shows him stealing and being chased by the cops.
