Mumbai: Today, MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority) Mumbai lottery 2012 will be conducted with an aim to sell around 2,593 flats. This lottery has been conducted after a year’s break for around 2,593 flats and update reveals that around 1,726 flats are positioned at Mira Road while other 867 flats are located in Sion, Borivli, Kurla and Charkop.
Reports added, MHADA lottery 2012 is especially for those ranging in the low-income group (LIG) and middle income group (MIG) category and around 172 are assigned for high income group (HIG).
As per the reports, MHADA had cancelled around 11,178 applications against incorrect information offered in the application.

1) Person has to pay 3.09% as VAT.
2) 1% as service tax
