Problems increasing for Nirmal Baba?

New Delhi: India's spiritual guru Nirmaljit Singh Narula alias Nirmal Baba is emerging out as a controversial guru, the day since media started drilling facts about him. The latest known fact about baba is his acquired assets in Delhi's classy areas.

Baba in an interview to a TV channel reported that he has bought a flat in New Delhi's Qutub Enclave for which the spiritual guru has paid a staggering amount of INR 1, 80, 00000 (1cr 80lakh). Reportedly, Baba's only source of income is the amount he charges for his 'samagams' (assembly), and 'Dasavan', or donation he receives from his devotees.

Baba reported the television channel that he acquired the flat by Neelam Kapoor, former owner of the flat. We have also reported you earlier that Nirmal baba desired to open a chain of hotels. He also bought a hotel in Delhi’s Greater Kailash area for a whopping INR 30 crore. This was also bought via money baba gets in the form of donations.

Meanwhile, when Nirmaljit Singh was asked about his assets he said, "Purchasing property is not illegal."
