Mumbai: The Indian social networking queen Poonam Pandey had been criticized on numerous occasions for uploading derogatory pictures on a social platform but she never went into any debate or never argued over any criticism. She always remained tight-lipped and moved on. But for the very first time, the sizzling Bollywood beauty has come forward and kept her words after she was slammed in Delhi and Mumbai over the suggestive posters of her debut film Nasha.
Speaking to a leading website, Poonam opens her heart by saying that she has never crossed her limits with any of her actions. She said that there are many posters which are more suggestive than hers and even her first film Nasha does not contain any pornographic element then why is she being slammed by millions?
She even took a jab on Sunny Leone by saying, "People in this country give so much respect to a hardcore porn actress from abroad. Whereas I have never done anything that can be considered pornographic. Nasha is not a porn film. It's a proper mainstream Hindi film. Of course since I star in it, there's skin show. But that apart there is a lot to take away from the film."
The ex-kingfisher calendar girl even said that in posters no private parts of her body has been revealed and hence it should be only termed as ‘bold’.
She said, “I don't think I've ever crossed limits. I've seen so many posters and hoardings that are far more suggestive than mine. My posters have nothing scandalous in them. I haven't shown my private parts."
Poonam Pandey’s debut flick Nasha was released on July 26, 2013.
