Mumbai: Pratyusha Banerjee, who created furore by quitting television's most popular show Balika Vadhu, has vowed to come back on TV very soon. She shed the role of famous television character 'Anandi' which has been taken over by newbie Toral Rasputra. In an interview to a leading daily, Banerjee has rubbished many rumors which are doing the rounds regarding her walking out from the show.
Millions of people get hooked to their television sets at the time when Balika Vadhu goes air on Colors. Pratyusha became a household name and has received enormous love from audiences. She although has been replaced by Toral Rasputra but TV viewers are still demanding the original Anandi aka Pratyusha Banerjee back in the show.
She even backed Toral by saying that people will accept her in some time. She said that when she replaced Avika Gor, people took some time to accept me as their loving Anandi. Likewise, Toral has replaced her and she should give people time to welcome her.
She said, "I guess people will take some time to accept her. When I came after Avika Gor, who was very popular at the time, the audiences took a while to accept me."
She even termed Siddharth Shukla (Shiv) and Shashank Vyas (Jagya) from Balika Vadhu as her favorite TV actors.
Meanwhile, we received hoards of comments in which people even said that they have left watching Balika Vadhu after Pratyusha left the show.
