Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra, who is busy promoting her upcoming flick Barfi and is also looking after her international debut as a singer, has been trying hard to bond with her actor-friend, Shahrukh Khan.

Recently, SRK pinned some appreciative comments to the actress who was grouped away by Khan’s wife due to their alleged linkup. She reverted to the comments but only through her account on micro blogging website - Twitter.

Shahrukh Khan during a conference was asked of Priyanka Chopra’s musical debut, he said, “Priyanka has the capacity and talent to become the first crossover star from India, our first creative export. She has a super team backing her and she is truly an international brand and will make India very proud.” For which Priyanka tweeted, “Thank u @iamsrk..ur belief has always kept me going.”

Although this conversation would have played the trick if the two could have been involved directly into the conversation but this too helped in creating the perfect gig for the people, who tried to inject spiciness in their friendship.
