Lucknow: Team Pardaphash has always disclose the truth behind the white collar people and this time we had again came up with a new truth that is linked with very close and recognized associate of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister.

As Chief Minister’s trusted Minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui followed by Umashankar Singh (BSP candidate from Rasra & Owner of Chatrashakti Construction Company) and Tribhuvan Ram (PWD retired chief engineer).

These names have again come under discussion against a scam of around Rs. 2000 crore.
Earlier, Team Pardaphash has disclosed the irregularities made by T Ram in his ruling tenure and along with this he was tagged as the top corrupted engineer of Uttar Pradesh.

As per the sources, In between 2007-2011 T Ram has offered a number of projects to one of the construction company which was running under the ownership of Umashankar Singh. Along with this all the information regarding the projects were passed to Naseemuddin Siddiqui. Sources also reveal that all the procedure from the Tender entry to the finalizing process the game was played between the three (Minister, Official and Contractor).

As per the updates, three of them have jointly digested a good amount of around Rs. 2000 Cr.
How they worked for Rs. 2000 Cr . . . ?

Since T Ram as an officials offer tenders to L1 firms, who are ready to work at low cost and this step helps in winning contracts for Umashankar. T Ram knew of the dealings and issued the contracts to Umashankar’s L1 firm.

After that T Ram and Naseemuddin Siddiqui raised the cost of work in the tender by 20 to 30 percent, which raises profit percentage for Umashankar and a good amount was distributed between Naseemuddin Siddiqui and T Ram.

T Ram is a known name in the list of corrupt people in Uttar Pradesh. He had got many extensions from the government that kept him in his post. He used to handle similar posts in other departments as well due to his closeness to the BSP government.

We had asked for information on him through RTI but never received any. We have information that he has wealth not only in this country but also in foreign countries. He has also got a ticket to contest the 2012 UP elections from Ajgara from the BSP.

He has made a wealth of more than Rs. 500 crore during his tenure.

With so much of corruption in their names, the ruling government allows them to fight elections. This shows that the working standard matches the working of BSP government and people were supporting them to work in an irregular way. . .
