Rahul Gandhi in Jharkhand on 25th-26th Sep

New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi (Congress general secretary) will interact with Panchayat members and party leaders during a two day trip to Jharkhand Sep 25-26, as per the spokesperson.

Gandhi is expected to be briefed on the devolution of powers to the Panchayats. The panchayat polls were held in the state two years ago after a gap of over 30 years.

He will meet former and sitting legislators of the Congress besides MPs from Jharkhand in order to galvanise the party in the state.
