Jaipur: Maharaja College and Rajasthan College under Rajasthan University's umbrella declared their second cut off list on Saturday.

Mathematics and biology programs' list is 4-5 percent down than the previous one. The first cut of list for Mathematics closed at 84.46 percent while the second list has lowered to 80.92 percent.

For biology, the cut off has fallen down to 68.8 percent, which was earlier 72.83 percent. A total of 640 seats for both Mathematics and Biology will be filled out of all the applications submitted. Reportedly, 5,000 forms have been submitted for 1,200 seats.

Category wise the cut off for biology is, 67.2 percent for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 63 percent for Schedule Caste (SC) and 61.6 percent for Schedule Tribe (ST). However, for Mathematics it is 80 percent for OBC, 72 percent for SC and 75 percent for ST.

The list for BA pass course has also been declared by Rajasthan University. General candidate qualifies at 76.8 percent while OBC, SC and ST can get admissions at 73.6, 70 and 74.2 percent respectively.

Maharaja College's first cut off for the subject of Chemistry and second cut off for Physics will be out on July 2. University officials reported that there may be a third list too for some courses.
