Mumbai: Anita Advani, a prominent name in late superstar Rajesh Khanna's life but not known to much of people. Apparently, she was Kaka'a live-in partner and also starred with Dimple Kapadia in her film Saazish.

She played Mithun Chakraborty's sister in the movie and this was supposedly her first and last appearance in Bollywood. A source revealed, "After Saazish her film career ended and we are not aware what she did after that."

Anita and Khanna's family were always at a cold war with each other. Reportedly, Advani also demanded a share in Rajesh Khanna's property and even sent a legal notice to Khanna's folks for evicting her of the house. "During the procession that started from the actor's home, Advani attempted to climb into the vehicle carrying Kaka's body. However, Akshay (son-in-law) spotted Advani and asked her to get off, as the vehicle was only for family members," said a source.

According to Anita, Rajesh Khanna was very fond of her but things gradually changed with time. In an interview with a daily, she said, "He had started pushing me away. There were days where he didn't even want to speak to his own family. They began isolating me, and I had begun to feel lost. I sent that notice when I was annoyed… without him, I had nowhere else to go. But I never thought I would actually lose him. The timing was really bad."

Earlier, in an interview, the superstar said that he shares a special bonding with Anita, but they are just good friends. "Anita and I have been known to each other for 32 years. She was in school then. We are just friends. She is a lovely person. I am very fond of her. But we haven't reached the stage of love," he added.

To this, Anita replied, "It's a very special, sacred relationship and I truly relish it. Unlike a normal relationship, there are no demands and expectations. This is much deeper."
