Rave Party busted in Dehradun, police arrest 34 including 14 girls
Dehradun: The cops here busted a rave party which was going inside a hotel in Jakhan locality and arrested 34 people including 14 girls.

The Circle Officer (CITY) Mamata Vohra reportedly said that the police was clued about the rave party going on in a hotel. Without wasting time further, cops reached the spot and arrests were made late last night.

Vohra informed that most of those arrested are students of various educational institutions while some also belong to Delhi.

The blood samples of the held people have been sent for the medical examination. Bottles containing liquor and drugs were recovered from the spot, as per police.

Vohra further said that people arrested are currently released on bail and a case under the Excise Act has been registered.

Meanwhile, there are also few renowned name who were arrested or were found at certain rave parties. Bollywood's veteran star Vinod Khanna's son Sakshi, was arrested in July 2011 at a resort in Khalagpur, Raigad.

On May 20, Mumbai police busted a major rave party at the famous Oak Woods Premier Hotel and arrested Shilpa Agnihotri and husband Apurva Agnihotri along with 88 others.

Renowned Fashion designer Rocky S, ex Cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi's son Angad Bedi were arrested from a rave party in Mumbai.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) players from Pune Warriors, Wayne Parnell and Rahul Sharma were arrested after police raided a rave party at a Mumbai hotel.
