Sage Stallone did not died of drug overdose but heart attack

Los Angeles: The toxicology report of late Sage Stallone, son of actor Sylvester Stallone, has revealed that he died of a heart attack. Sage was found dead in his Hollywood Hills apartment on July 13.

The Los Angeles coroner's office released the report, also saying that no signs of excessive drug intake was found. He suffered from coronary heart disease caused by atherosclerosis, which brought on the heart attack.

"There were no signs of an overdose. It was just a natural death," Fred Corral of the coroner's investigative division said.

Sage was 36. He had a small amount of sedative found in his body, which hinted that may be it was an overdose of the drug which led to his death. But that has been proven wrong.
