Mumbai: Saif Ali Khan is back with another home production, Cocktail under Illuminati Films with Deepika Padukone and also debuting from the romantic comedy is model Diana Penty. The film made at a budget of Rs 40 crore has received a positive response from the audience as well as the critics where Saif who plays ‘Gautam’ can be well witnessed playing the flirt that everyone loves him for. Deepika is essaying a care free and stylish ‘Veronica’ who knows to party hard and model Diana will be seen in a little shy kind of character.
The trailer has created a following in its own and is allegedly giving a nod of a sequel of Love Aaj Kal. However, actors discard this relation, saying that it is a completely different movie and has no resemblance or link to LAK.
Apart from the three lead characters, Dimple Kapadia and Boman Irani are other key stars in the movie. Randeep Hooda will too be seen doing a cameo in the flick. Music has been given by Pritam and the film is distributed under Eros International and Illuminati Films. The movie has been scheduled for a July 13 release.
