Mumbai: Salman Khan's 'Ek Tha Tiger' had already done wonders on box office by setting a record of bagging 100 cr in just 5 days but much more is expected on the day 6 i.e. today, as the country is celebrating the festival of Joy and brotherhood Eid
. The film definitely will cash in on the "Eid" holiday but how much is the question?
Trade analyst tweets, "#EkThaTiger - India *actuals* Sun 23.06 cr. Total: 100.16 cr nett. SUPERB. Fastest 100 cr grosser ever 5 days [Hindi films]. NEW RECORD!".
He further added, "#EkThaTiger is @BeingSalmanKhan's 4th century [100 cr], the other three being #Dabangg [147 cr], #Ready [122 cr] and #Bodyguard [148 cr]."
Sallu's fans across the country have showered enormous love over his 'Ek Tha Tiger' and the way film is doing on the box office it could be projected that the film will earn two times more than it grossed on the day 1.
Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif starrer 'Ek Tha Tiger' received massive opening on August 15. The opening day collection of the movie was Rs 32.90 crore.
