New Delhi: For those who had been waiting for their opportunities in the banking sector, here’s the news that you wanted to hear. SBI has come up with a number of vacancies for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO).
India’s leading public bank is set to offer jobs to 1500 candidates as PO including the reservation gainers. The recruitment application last date is 23-02-2013.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SBI PO:
AGE LIMIT TO APPLY FOR SBI PO EXAMINATION 2013:
The candidate should be aged not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01.01.2013. In other words; the candidate should be born not earlier than 02.01.1983 and not later than 01.01.1992 (both dates included).
Relaxation in age is applicable as per government rules.
EXAM FEE FOR SBI PO:
General category and others: Rs. 200/- (App. fee including intimation charges)
SC / ST / PWD: Rs. 50/- (Intimation Charges only)
The selection process of SBI PO recruitment 2013 consists of two phases.
The first phase of SBI PO recruitment exam 2013 consists of a written test of 250 marks that carries objective test of 200 marks and descriptive test of 50 marks.
Second phase of State Bank of India Probationary Officer recruitment consists of Group Discussion (GD) of 20 marks and interview of 30 marks.
The final merit list will be based on aggregate performance of both the phases.
