Shahrukh Khan blows the spoof on DDLJ

Mumbai: Shahrukh Khan, the iconic face of romance, known for hits like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mohabbatein, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and many more was present at the promotional event of friend Farah Khan’s film – Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi, where he said that recreating the magic of DDLJ is impossible. In Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming home production, Bowman Irani and Farah Khan are playing the lead characters for which the filmmakers have even jolted a spoof on DDLJ in the film with Bowman as SRK and Farah as Kajol, over which Shahrukh said, “I have seen spoofs of all movies created by others, but I never thought anyone would think of making a spoof on DDLJ,” adding that nobody could create the magic of his most iconic romantic film.
Shahrukh, who went in spat with Farah Khan’s husband earlier this year, post an already hanging cold war between them, praised Farah saying, “Farah is one of the most finest and talented directors we have with us. I thank Farah for giving me some of the nicest moments in her films.”
It seems that things are soft and easy and clear between the two friends now, as they are now seen promoting each other at different events.
