Shooting in Colorado theater during Batman premiere, fourteen dead

Colorado: Fourteen people have been injured in a shooting incident at a cinema while 50 others were seriously injured, when the latest Hollywood flick, Batman - "The Dark Knight Rises" was being screened near Denver.

Witnesses claim that the miscreant wearing gas mask, open fired at the crowd. Initially crowd mistakenly took the firing as a live promotional activity but soon realized the horror.

No details were available, however one person has been arrested. Police spokeswoman Cassidee Carlson says "the scene is still very active and we have little information for release at this time." As per reports there are many who are injured and being rushed to nearby hospitals.

There are high expectation from the movie and an incidence like this is a concern as millions are up to watch the latest version of the Batman series.
