In the current scenario, people ignore the home made healthy food and depend on the market products. People want to satisfy their taste buds and pay no heed towards their health, such habits hamper in the long run so it is always better to include certain foods to your daily diet regime, for a healthy life, ahead. Almonds: Almonds contain a high level of nutrition, they fight cancer and are also benefit heart. It is also said, that almonds are good for brain, they increase the memorizing power therefore you should include it to your daily diet, to enjoy all its benefits.

Eggs: Eggs contain a high content of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and vitamins. It also contains choline which is essential for the nervous system. Eggs can be enjoyed in the form of various forms so you can either relish it as a snack or a main course meal. Add this super food to your diet, for a healthy life in the long run.

Broccoli is one product, which is rich in protein, vitamin and nutrients. It helps in strengthening the immune system and also regulates blood pressure. It also contains iron and calcium which is mandatory for everybody. Broccoli can be relished as a salad or in several soups too, so include it and stay healthy.

Yogurt: Yogurt contains calcium, protein and probiotics. It contains vitamins, which help in absorbing the calcium, necessary for bones therefore it is always a good idea for the growing children to include this super food to their diet. Moreover, it can aid in lowering cholesterol levels too.
