Colombo: Afghanistan started well but fell like pack of cards as they reached half way mark against India in the World Cup T20.After 15 overs Afghanistan are 100 with Mohammad Nabi(15 off 10) and Shafiqullah (8) got out after Pathan caught him in front. Nabi with Gulbodin Naib was at the crease at the R Premadasa wicket on Wednesday.
Shafiqullah and Nabi had hit 1 six each off Yuvraj Singh to announce their arrivals at the crease.
However, Yuvraj made a good comeback by picking two wickets on consecutive deliveries.
Afghanistan need 60runs off the last 5 overs after Shafiqullah departed on 8 caught in front of the stumps by Irfan Pathan.
