UK Weather report: Drizzle, patchy rains likely in some parts

London: Most of Wales and Southern England noticed cloud over the sky with heavy rains across East Anglia, the Midlands, southern Wales and southern Ireland.Met department reports some late evening sunshine for southwest Scotland. Rather cloudy across much of England and Wales, with further occasional rain, particularly through central areas of both countries. A band of light rain will sink south across Scotland later, introducing colder air.
For today, Met department reports patchy rain or drizzle still affecting parts of England and Wales. Brighter and breezy across Scotland and Northern Ireland, but also a few showers, increasingly wintry in the far north.
