Vicky Donor spoofs are not funny for John Abraham

Mumbai: Sex comedy Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum has made quite a lot of people laugh, but it seems that it has heated up some Bollywood elements too. Our very own Bollywood hunk was ok with the Dostana spoof in the movie, but he could not swallow it when it came to Vicky Donor.

In one of the scenes in the movie, actor Riteish Deshmukh misunderstands a white substance with Shrikhand. Anupam Kher then clarifies him that the container was from the film Vicky Donor. Though the take-off never meant to hurt anyone's sentiments, John took it straight on his heart. Apparently, the actor's emotional attachment to his first production made him fume over the joke.

A source revealed, "John and Balaji share a professional equation and they are working together for the first time in Shootout At Wadala. They plan to work together in the future as well and therefore he reckons that it is best to let it pass than to unnecessarily take umbrage."

On the other hand, Balaji Telefilms founder Ekta Kapoor thinks that John is all 'kool' with it. She said, "I don't think John is upset so I don't know where this is coming from. There are spoofs on various films in Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum. We haven't even spared The Dirty Picture. The jokes are naughty alright but in a lighter vein!"
