It was not all original witches gathering but a group of 482 people who wore black pointed hats, black cloaks and a broom to set world record for biggest group of people dressed as witches in one place.
The record was set on the 400th anniversary of the Pendle witch trials in Lancashire.
The group trekked to Gallows Hill where 10 people were hanged in 1612 after being found guilty of causing death or harm by witchcraft.
A five-mile "Pendle Witch Walk" was held to mark the anniversary of the witch trials and also to raise 50,000 pounds for the Pendleside Hospice in Burnley.
The walk began in the village of Barley, known as the epicentre of "witch country". At the end of the walk, the record-breakers were treated to a live music festival.
