Mulayam Singh flays 'cowardly' UPA over Chinese incursion
New Delhi: Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav Monday accused the UPA government of being "weak and cowardly" over the reported incursion of Chinese troops in Ladakh.
