Gurgaon: A court here on Thursday denied the police petition demanding test identification parade of Suraj Sehrawat, the prime accused in the May 5 BMW hit-and-run case in which two people, including a pregnant woman, were killed.
The court had on Wednesday reserved its decision on a police plea demanding test identification parade of the accused.
Sehrawat, 21, was Tuesday granted bail by Chief Judicial Magistrate Jasbir Singh's court on submitting a bond of Rs.50,000, after he surrendered before it the same day.

Lucknow: Suspected criminals ran a truck over a police sub-inspector in Uttar Pradesh’s Deoria district, killing him and critically injuring a police constable, according to reports.
The incident took place late on Wednesday night when a small police team was checking vehicles near the Phulwaria Chauraha in Deoria district, some 290 km from here.

Chandigarh: About five people including a day-old infant died on Tuesday when their ambulance in which they were travelling collided with a speeding truck on the Hisar-Ambala highway in Haryana.
