London: Mullock's auctioneers is set to auction Mahatma Gandhi's blood on Tuesday which is smeared on two slides and is expected to fetch 10 to 15 thousand pounds.

Apparently, the slides date back to 1924 and were obtained when the father of nation was recovering from appendectomy at a place near Mumbai. It is said that Gandhi donated his blood to the family he was staying with then.
