‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ gets censor board approval, to release Oct 28

Mumbai: Multistarrer movie ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ under Karan Johar’s direction will be released on its set date i.e October 28 as they have been provided with the U/A certificate by the sensor board.

Dharma production and fox life studio has informed the media that the film got the U/A certificate from the censor board.

ADHM was trapped in the controversy for featuring a Pakistani actor ‘Fawad Khan’ who is also a part of this film, “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.”

‘Nitin Datar’ who is the head of the Cinema Owners and Exhibitors Association of India stated that he will not allow the release of Pakistani actor starrer movie in all the three states Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat in single screen theatres.

‘Apoorva Mehta,’ CEO, Dharma Productions in a statement stated that, “the film got a clear certificate from the censor board we are gearing up for it’s release on October 28.” Diwali is all about love and “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” is “all about spreading love.”

The CEO of Fox Star Studios, ‘Vijay Singh,’ stated, “Karan Johar’s films present love in it’s purest yet unique and modern way and this Diwali, he is celebrating love, friendship and heartbreak.”

“We are set for the film release on October 28. There can be no better way than celebrating Diwali with “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil,” a quintessential family entertainer.”

This Dhanteras we will see the clash between “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” and “Shivaay” as both the movies are hitting the screens on the same date.
