Akhilesh commences Samajwadi’s election campaign

Sultanpur: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today began the Samajwadi Party’s election campaign by giving people the assurance to provide enhanced living conditions if he gets elected again.

Akhilesh Yadav was today addressing people days after his bitter dispute with his father Mulayam Singh Yadav. Chief Minister today stated that his party had completed all promises made in the 2012 manifesto.

He further added that if people repose faith in the Samajwadi Party again, then they will give an era of prosperity in Uttar Pradesh.

“The US is a powerful country. It became so as governments there focussed on building fast lane roads. We propose to do the same here in Uttar Pradesh so that economic progress is expedited,” he told the gathering.

“We have completed the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in record time and we will build the Poorvanchal Expressway in 30 months,” he added.
