One of BSP’s senior leaders Brijesh Pathak today joined Bharatiya Janata Party in presence of the BJP President Amit Shah. This move has certainly increased the troubles of the BSP supermo Mayawati ahead of the UP polls 2017.
Previously, Swami Prasad Maurya had joined BJP following his resignation from the Bahujan Samaj Party.
Problems for Mayawati are not lessening as key politicians are turning their way down from BSP and are joining BJP making it difficult for her before the assembly elections.
With the entry of Brijesh Pathak, BJP will be gaining the vote bank of Brahmins and strengthening the base through this political move.
