Arunachal CM Nabam Tuki to face floor test on July 16

Itanagar: The reinstated Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki has been asked to prove his majority on the floor test of the assembly on July 16 by Governor of the state Tathagata Roy.

On other hand, Tuki said that the time is too short, so it would be difficult to prove floor test and seeks more time from Governor to prove majority.

In a historic verdict the Supreme Court on Wednesday restored Tuki as Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh.

Tuki on Thursday returned to Itanagar to attend office, told media persons that he has requested the Governor to give more time to prove majority test as the time is too short.
