BJP’s new poster shows Yogi Adityanath riding tiger; opposition donkey

Gorakhpur: Ahead of the upcoming Assembly Elections in Uttar Pradesh, the major competitors – Congress and BJP spare no moment to hit on each other. As of now, a poster war is going between the two parties.

As per recent reports, a small wing of BJP in Gorakhpur has put up posters showing the party MP Yogi Adityanath riding a tiger whereas the leaders of the opposition parties including – like Akhilesh Yadav, Mayawati, Asaduddin Owaisi and Rahul Gandhi riding donkeys.

Also, a tagline ‘Abki Baar Yogi Sarkar’ is written on the top of the poster. This comes days after a poster was put up by the Congress showing the Gandhi scion Rahul as ‘Singham’.

Hoping to see Adityanath as the state’s CM, Irfan Ahmad, the state executive member of BJP minority wing said, “We want to see Yogi Adityanath as CM and we are sure BJP will rock in the 2017 polls.”

On the other hand, Samajwadi Party president, Mohsin Khan hit on the BJP over the poster saying that his party believes in non-violence and that only violent people ride tiger. Also, the state president of AIMIM, Sameer Siddiqui said, “We will stage a demonstration against the poster. BJP wants to arouse communal feelings, which is condemnable.”

Hitting on BJP, BSP leader Brijesh Kumar said that the poster exposes the actual face of BJP.
