BSP in deep trouble as national secretary resigns

BSP’s national secretary Paramdev Yadav today gave his resignation amidst all the allegations imposed by various senior leaders of the Bahujan Samaj Party. Subsequent to the senior leaders leaving the party few days back this can be seen a s a jolt for Mayawati.

Ahead of the forthcoming state assembly elections, this move by senior leaders is creating trouble for  the BSP supremo. Paramdev after leaving the party said that he felt suffocated in the Mayawati-led BSP.

He further went on to say that interests of the Dalits were “being mortgaged to the people with money bags”. He said that BSP is a “grocery store” where money could buy anything from tickets to party posts.

Talking to media he stated: “I am headed for Kashi (Varanasi)”. Varanasi is the parliamentary constituency of Prime minister Narendra Modi.
