Censor Board ok with kissing scenes between Hrithik, Pooja in Mohenjo Daro

Mumbai: The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) today has cleared the film ‘Mohenjo Daro’ without cutting several kissing scenes between Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hedge.

The period drama has been given a U/A certificate by the Censor Board, which was directed by Ashutosh Gowariker.

According to reports, the film has three scenes where Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde will be seen passionately kissing.

The reports also suggest that Hrithik was not expecting the scenes to be cut.

Earlier speaking to media persons, Pooja Hegde earlier said that her kissing scene with Hrithik Roshan in the film will be one of the best ever. She even said that she was not worried about the fate of the scene resting in the hands of the CBFC.

The Censor Board earlier, under Chairman Pahlaj Nihalani, had raised objections to kissing scenes in films like ‘Spectre’, ‘Tamasha’ and ‘Do Lafzon Ki Kahani’.

Movie Mohenjo Daro will clash with Akshay Kumar-starrer ‘Rustom’, both the movies hit screens on 12 August.
