Centre not allowing opposition to raise demonetisation issue in LS: Mamata

Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today stated that it is Centre that is not permitting the opposition to raise the demonetisation issue in the Lok Sabha and said that this is very unfortunate.

Mamata Banerjee took to the micro blogging website Twitter and stated: “This is most unfortunate. The opposition parties wanted to speak on demonetisation and run the house. Why did the government not allow the opposition?”

“This means the cat is out of the bag. The cashless have now become faceless,” she added.

The Lok Sabha was today yet again disrupted today over the demonetisation that has been the reason for the cash crunch all over.
