Class I girl suffers fracture after beaten by principal

Ballia: In a shocking incident a class I student suffered a fracture in hand allegedly after her principal severely beat her for not completing homework in Uttar Pradesh’s Ballia district today.

Inspector of City Kotwali police station D K Srivastava said the minor student identified as Radha Gupta, seven-year-old, studied at a private school here, was severely beaten up by her principal, Vishal, on Thursday for not completing her home work.

Police today said, the girl was today admitted to the district hospital for treatment. The victim’s father has lodged a case against Vishal, he said.
