New Delhi: On Thursday, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi went on to say that he would continue with his fight against the hateful and the divisive agenda of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
In his statement to the apex court yesterday, the Gandhi scion said that he did not hold RSS responsible for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi but a person associated with the organization was behind the killing of the Father of the Nation. Also, taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter today, Rahul wrote that he stands by every word he had said.

At a press conference, giving answers to the questions on the defamation case filed by RSS, Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala said, “Rahul Gandhi speaks from the courage of his conviction, has spoken on historical evidence and facts, and always stood by, is standing by and will stand by the truth of what he spoke.”
Along with this, he went on to say that Rahul Gandhi would stand by SC’s decision in the case.

A criminal defamation case was filed against the Gandhi scion for his controversial address at Sonale in Maharashtra, where he had accused the RSS for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi.
